The Frog that has made Europe "crazy" arrived on American shores with the release of "CRAZY HITS BY THE CRAZY FROG." and his new album “MORE CRAZY HITS" on Next Plateau / Universal Records.
Produced by Bass Bumpers for Mach1 Records, Crazy Frog’s debut, "Axel F," is a combination of a ringtone from the Germany based Jamba Ringtone Company and the theme song from the classic Eddie Murphy film, Beverly Hills Cop.
"Axel F," leaped to #1 on the UK Singles Chart and was outselling the #2 single, Coldplay's "Speed Of Sound," by three to one. This marks the first time in UK chart history that a ringtone has not only competed for chart positioning with conventional full-length tracks, but has reached the #1 position.
"CRAZY HITS BY THE CRAZY FROG," includes such classic favorites as: "Whoomp! (There It Is)," "Pump Up The Jam." "Who Let The Frog Out" and "Get Ready For This". “Axel F” has created a huge buzz at radio with adds across the U.S. including New York’s Z-100 and it continues to be a top requested record on Radio Disney.
